Mr. Whitcomb has more than 20 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate Industry. He has served successfully in individual production roles and regional team leadership roles.

Mr. Whitcomb attended the Leads School of Business at the University of Colorado at Boulder, earning a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Additionally, he earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2010 and is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina.

Mr. Whitcomb served on the board at the YMCA of Greater Charlotte and has been a volunteer sports coach for his two children at the YMCA and Park Sharon Athletic Association.
