Mr. Overton joined Medalist Capital in 2023 bringing seven years of investment sales experience to the team. He previously worked as a broker with Adams Property Group in Charleston, where he focused on in-house acquisitions and third-party sales, primarily in the self-storage and retail sectors. He specializes in assisting clients with the acquisition and disposition of investment properties.

Marshall earned a bachelor’s degree in both finance and management from the University of South Carolina. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, golf, surfing, fishing, and all things outdoors with his Labrador retriever, Wally.
