Mr. Hepp has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience with over $1 billion of transaction experience. He is well versed in originating, underwriting, and structuring commercial real estate debt and equity for all property types. Before joining Medalist Capital, he held various roles with a few boutique mortgage banking firms located in South Florida.
 
Mr. Hepp earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Florida, and previously held his Series 7 and 63 licenses.
 
Mr. Hepp is a former member of the Delray Beach Housing Authority in South Florida where he led the charge in developing 253 rental units and 84 senior units. He now resides in Charlotte with his wife. They have two adult children.
