Mr. Marvaso joined Medalist Capital in 2026 bringing our team fifteen years of experience in agency finance at Fannie Mae. In his role he provided underwriting, pricing, and deal structuring guidance to the agency’s DUS approved servicers and priority borrower partnerships. Ultimately, Mr Marvaso helped increase Fannie Mae’s book of business by executing 3,000+ transactions and over $100B in UPB.

Mr. Marvaso earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of South Carolina where he was also part of the Men’s Lacrosse Club.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, surfing, and Gamecock athletics.
