Mr. Poole brings over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate investment sales to Medalist Capital. Prior to joining Medalist, he was a Senior Associate with CBRE-Raleigh on the Capital Markets team. At Medalist Capital, Mr. Poole will specialize in the multi-family sector assisting private and institutional clients with acquisitions and dispositions of investment properties. Along with being an Investment Sales Broker, Mr. Poole has over 10 years of experience as an Owner and Operator of two separate hospitality businesses he founded and sold in Charleston, SC. Both businesses have been featured in USA Today and Travel and Leisure magazine. Mr. Poole is a student athlete graduate of Clemson University where he was a member of the Men’s Tennis Team. He is an active tennis player in North Carolina and lives in Raleigh where he is married with three children.
