Mr. Nesbitt joined Medalist Capital as an Associate Producer in 2024. Prior to joining the Medalist team, he worked in the Nashville offices of Cushman Wakefield and JLL, where he focused on multifamily investment sales. Before joining JLL, Mr. Nesbitt worked as a portfolio manager at FirstBank in Nashville. 

Mr. Nesbitt earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University, Cox School of Business.  

In his free time, Mr. Nesbitt enjoys playing golf, traveling, and spending time with his dog.
