Mr. Talgo is originally from Rye, New York and joined Medalist Capital as an Associate Producer in 2025 and brings nearly eight years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining the Medalist team, he worked in the Newport Beach office of Bank of America where he was an origination associate for the CMBS Real Estate Structure Finance team. Prior to Bank of America, he worked for R4 Capital, a nationwide affordable housing tax-credit syndicator, lender, and asset manager. Mr. Talgo earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Lehigh University with a concentration in real estate.

Outside of work, Mr. Talgo enjoys golf, watching his favorite New York sports teams, and spending time his black labrador, Kip, friends and family on Johns Island.
