Henry Neale, Vice President | Charlotte

Mr. Neale has 17 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Medalist Capital, he was an Executive Director in the Real Estate Securitization & Capital Markets group at Wells Fargo responsible for originating CMBS and balance sheet loans. Prior to Wells, he worked for BlackRock, focusing on data & analytics, and risk management of CMBS and CRE debt exposures for public fixed income and private equity real estate portfolios. Prior experience also include: Sr. Associate at B2R Finance, a Blackstone Tactical Opportunities Funds Investment, originating Single Family Rental (SFR) and Residential Transition Loans (RTL) loans; and investment sales, leasing and asset management at Collett & Associates in Charlotte, NC.

Mr. Neale holds a B.A. from Sewanee: The University of the South in Psychology and is married with two children. Mr. Neale is a fundraising volunteer for both the Boys Scouts of America and the Catawba Riverkeeper. He is a licensed real estate broker in NC and SC.
