Our sources of capital include life insurance companies, securitized lenders, a Fannie Mae DUS lender, pension funds, and regional and local banks. Through these lender relationships we are able to offer our clients customized financing options that go beyond traditional 10-year permanent mortgages and include construction / permanent loan products, floating rate and float- to fixed-rate loans, short-term mortgages and Credit Tenant Lease (CTL) financing.
We can arrange financing on all types of commercial real estate including:

Loan Terms:
- Up to 25 years.
- Fixed- and floating-rate options available.
Amortizations:
- Up to 30 years.
Loan to Value:
- Up to 75% - 85%.
Loan Amounts:
- $500,000 and up.
Lender Costs:
- Most loans at par.
Forward Commitments:
- Available up to 18 months forward with a rate premium.
- Initial funding with future funding for construction or rehab.
Recourse:
- Typically non-recourse subject to industry standard carveouts.
