Medalist Capital's Expansion into Nashville
Medalist Capital is pleased to announce the hiring of Ian Anderson and the opening of a Nashville office. Ian will focus on both Investment Sales and Debt for the Nashville region and beyond. Here's to our continued momentum!
Mr. Anderson joined Medalist Capital as a Vice President in 2024 and brings nearly ten years of investment sales experience. Prior to joining the Medalist Capital team, he worked in the Nashville offices of Cushman Wakefield and JLL where he focused on multifamily investment sales as well as debt and equity placement.
Mr. Anderson earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Auburn University. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, fishing and coaching lacrosse for his alma mater, Montgomery Bell Academy. He is married with one daughter.
